so the speech comp is coming soon so i put down some ideas..

why school uniforms should/should not be compulsary
trees must not be cut down
why kids should be able to drive
pollution must be stopped
cars are taking over the world
social networks should be allowed
why my sister was born annoying
people are losing intelligence
why I should be prime minister
my life
extinct animals
people are getting no exercise
help the homeless

What has and has'nt stood the test of time

what things have stood the test of time:

1. sports, back in the early days of sport rugby balls were made out of pigs bladder.
2. art, art used to be done on walls now we do it on mostly paper.
3. fashion, If you look at some of the clothing they used to use it is a whole lot different.
4. theatre, there was a lot of stuff that they did in the coliseum.
5. conflict, over the years conflict is very much the same as it was.

what things have not stood the test of time:

1. the titanic, the titanic didn't last one trip over the sea.
2. the apple pippin, the apple pippin was a complete fail.
3. the brick cell phone, it was replaced with much better tech
4. the apple lisa, another one of apples fails

they reckon that in 20 years time the world will be relying on electronics.

The Apple Pippin

for one of our projects we had to pick some king of toy or technology that failed and didn't exist in the test of time. After a brainstorm we had a discussion and decided that we would do the Apple Pippin.
