space explanation
why is there life on earth but not other planets?
First of all where is earth? Earth is located smack-bang in the middle of what we call the goldilocks zone. This means that it's not to hot and it's not too cold just like baby bears porridge!
The goldilocks zone is not the only thing keeping us alive. There is aalso something called photosynthesis. Plants go through photosynthesis when they suck in gas(carbon dioxide) and release fresh air(oxygen)the sea also takes in gas.
To our luck we also have something called the Iron Core. It is so big that it casts a big magnetic force field over earth protecting it from to much sunlight and also space storms.
One very good reason is something called the O-zone(a layer of gas spread over the Earth)protecting us from ultra violet sun rays and global warming.
How come meteors hardly ever hit the earth? You can thank mars and Jupiter for that. Jupiter is over 1000 times the size of earth.
The Moon puts a great deal of work to stir up the current and control it.
Our atmospherwe luckily supports the water cycle and evaporation so we have an endless sorce of water.
Our Sun will live for a long, long time therefore Earth will too.
